GDD members can be natural and legal persons, partnerships, associations without legal capacity, and public law institutions in Germany and abroad. Commercial enterprises, public authorities, associations, etc. are charged an annual fee that is graded according to the size of the association. Details can be found in our membership fee schedule. In addition to the regular services provided by the GDD, corporate members can also take advantage of support in data protection issues arising from the day-to-day operations of their company.
